NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Richard F. MacDonald, Purchasing Agent of the Township of Brick, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, will on May 3, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Township of Brick Municipal Complex, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, N.J. 08723 receive bids for the following:
VEHICLE COLLISION AND BODY REPAIRS
Specifications are available for a fee of $10.00. Checks shall be made out to the “Township of Brick” and all payments shall be submitted to the Township Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
Required bidder information can be found in the bid documents and available in the Office of Purchasing and Contracting for review and pick–up with valid receipt from the Clerks Office. Any additional information may be obtained from the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, by calling 732-262-1057.
Bidders are required to comply with:
1) Affirmative Action Regulations requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27;
2) P.L. 2004, c. 57 which amends and supplements the business registration provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.
