Take Notice that on the 11th day of April, 2007, the Planning Board of the Township of Brick, after a Public Hearing , made the following decisions:
a. Approved Case # 2596-MSP-V-1/07, New Jersey Diagnostic Imaging for a Minor Site Plan with Variances to locate a mobile PET Scan Unit for Block 1170, Lots 21 located at 455 Jack Martin Boulevard.
b. Approved a one year extension for Case # 2472-FMS-Ext 1/07, Gordon Soos, Bluffs Development, Block 756.01, Lot 6, Final Major Subdivision.
