NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Take Notice that on the 28th day of March, 2007, the Planning Board of the Township of Brick, after a Public Hearing , made the following decisions:

a.       Approved Case # 2592-MS-V-11/06, Theresa Pecci and Leonard

Vassallo, for a 2 lot residential Minor Subdivision with Variances for Block 673.16, Lots 8 & 14 located on the corner of Barberry Dr.,Eastern Lane and Baltic Drive.

        The above determinations of the said Planning Board have been

        for inspection.
