NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Take Notice that on the 14th day of March, 2007, the Planning Board of the Township of Brick, after a Public Hearing , made the following decisions:

a.       Approved Case # 2563-MS-V-RA-1/07,   Vincent     &  Geraldine Palmieri for an Amended Minor Subdivision with Variances for Block 901.24, Lot 9, 17 and 18 located on Lenape Trail between Choctaw Lane and Tuscaloosa Lane.

b.       Approved Case # 2573-A-FSP-12/06,  Brick Township Pubs, Inc., Amended Final Major Site Plan, Block 672, Lot 12.   The applicant proposes an addition of 197 SF for bathrooms and revised signage at the TGI Friday’s restaurant located on the corner of Chambers

          Bridge Road and Route 70.

c.       Approved Case # 2584-MSP-8/06, Brennan Boat Company, for a Minor Site Plan on Block 845.05, Lots 1 & 20,  with variances to use the acquired portion of the Route 70 right of way for boat storage. The marina is located on Route 70, south of Princeton Ave.

d.       Approved Case # 2597-PSP-FSP-1/07, Rev. James Brady, St. Dominic’s RC Church on Block 1091, Lot 5 for a Preliminary & Final

          Major Site Plan with variances to construct new and renovated space of 12,000 SF for school and parish hall space along with site improvements.  The Church is located on the corner of Van Zile Road and Old Squan Road.

        The above determinations of the said Planning Board have been filed in the office of said Board at the Municipal Building, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, BrickTownship, NJ and are available

         for inspection.
