Take Notice that on the 21st day of February, 2007, the Planning Board of the Township of Brick, after a Public Hearing , made the following decisions:
a. Approved Case # 2589(2337)-MS-V-10/06, Home Mark Homes, Inc.for a three lot minor subdivision with variances for Block 1422.20, Lot 29, located on the corner of Tanager Way and Thiele Road.
b. Approved Case # 2527-A-FSP-10/06, Abraham Srour, Amended Final Major Site Plan, Block 1429.02, Lots 15 & 16.01. The amendment was to allow basements to be used for storage in the previously approved townhouses located on the eastern side of Herborn Ave.
The above determinations of the said Planning Board have been Filed in the office of said Board at the MunicipalBuilding, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, BrickTownship, NJ and are available
