FAQ

Raffle & Bingo Licenses must be issued for each event (if you are having 50/50 and a gift auction drawing on the same day, you will need two seperate license ). Licenses are issued from the municipality in which the drawing will be held.

In order to obtain a raffle or bingo license from the Township of Brick, you must first obtain a State Gaming License from the New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission. These state licenses are valid for two years and cover the entire State of New Jersey.

To find out how to obtain a State Gaming License please call: (973) 273-8000

If you already have a State Gaming License please contact our office to obtain information on receiving a Township license for the particular game or event: (732) 262-1003.
