Garage Sale Permits are sold for $5 each and can be used for three consecutive days at the same location. There is a limit of 4 garage sales per property per year. If property belongs to an association please check with the association's rules and regulations before obtaining a township permit.  To apply for a permit by mail, please submit a request including, name of applicant, property address, dates of the sale, merchandise to be sold and check made payable to the "Township of Brick" and self-addressed, stamped envelope.  Mail your request to:  Township Clerk, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ  08723.
