Tax Sale is the enforcement of collections against a property, by plaxing a lien against the property for all outstanding municipal charges due at the end of the calandar year.

                                                     c) Sewer Charges

                                                     d) Special Assessment Charges

                                                     e) Added/Omitted Assessments
