Brick Township Senior Outreach Services and Senior Center is particularly proud of their medical alert program, Project Icebox. The program is available to Brick residents age 60 and over. Participants in this program will receive a vinyl pouch designed to contain an individualized medical history as well as prescription and non-prescription drug records. The pouch has a magnetic strip that holds to the person’s refrigerator for easy and convenient access for Family Members, Friends, Police and Emergency Response Personnel. Yoy will receive a sticker that can either adhere to glass, wood or metal. The sticker is placed in an obvious spot where it will be clearly seen by anyone entering your home. The sticker is meant to indicate to first responders that a Project Ice box pouch is available on your refridgerator with your medical history and other vital information.
