1. Call to order.

2. Adequate notice of this meeting was provided and published in the Ocean County Observer and Asbury Park Press on January 12, 2007. Copies of the agenda were provided to the newspapers, posted on public bulletin boards and the township website (http://www.twp.brick.nj.us). At this time please turn off all cell phones.

c. Approve Minutes of May 22, 2007.
d. Revaluation Presentation (December 11, 2007).

4. Comments/Questions on Resolutions:

1. Recognize Chamber of Commerce 2007 Distinguished Citizens (formal).

2. Authorize Budget Transfer.
3. Authorization to Advertise for Receipt of Bids - Printing Services.
4. Authorize Receipt of Bids for Sale of Surplus Leaf Compost.
5. Award Bids for Janitorial Supplies Contract.
6. Award Proposal for Community Development Planning and Housing Rehab Services.
7. Authorize Motor Vehicle Selling License.
8. Authorize Liquor License Transfer From Lone Star to Simko’s Grill.
9. Tax Collector:

a. Veteran/Widow Deductions 2007 - Various Blocks & Lots.
