Regardless of how an Ethics Complaint is filed, each complaint or violation must include the submitter’s name and address. This is necessary so the Ethics Officer can respond to you once the Ethics Information Committee has reviewed your complaint. Anonymous submissions will not be forwarded to the Committee.

Please be advised that the Ethics Officer will be removing your name and address from the complaint before sending a copy of it to the Ethics Information Committee for review.

At no time will your name and address be seen by anyone except the Ethics Officer and it will be held in the strictest confidence. All correspondence will be kept in a locked file.

• Download the Ethics Complaint Form from the computer or if sending a letter, address it to: Virginia Lampman - Ethics Officer, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ 08723. Clearly mark the outside of the envelope – PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL , or
• Call 732-262-2943 (private number) and leave a message. The only person who is able to retrieve this message is the Ethics Officer. She will call you back and speak to you regarding your issue, and mail or fax you a complaint form if you are unable to print one from the Brick Township’s web page. (If the Ethics Officer is on vacation or out for a day, no one else can retrieve these messages or respond to your requests.
