1. Call to order.

2. Adequate notice of this meeting was provided and published in the Ocean County Observer and Asbury Park Press on January 12, 2007. Copies of the agenda were provided to the newspapers, posted on public bulletin boards and the township website (http://www.twp.brick.nj.us). At this time please turn off all cell phones and pagers.
