The Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Renewable Energy has the responsibility to research potential solutions for alternative energy within Brick’s Municipal complexes’. These alternative solutions include Solar Electrical Energy, Solar Domestic Hot Water, Wind Turbine for Electric Energy and Bio Diesel. Converting to renewable energy will facilitate the main goal of this commission, in saving the residents of Brick the increasing cost of fossil fuel and to have Brick be part of our Country’s movement to promote renewable energy and reduce our Country’s dependence on fossil fuels. In addition, we will be addressing energy saving options as well as educating the community.
