The Township or "Municipal" Clerk is responsible for some of the most traditional and important functions of the municipal government. The Clerk serves as custodian of the Township Seal and is responsible for maintenance of all records, books, deeds, bonds, contracts and archival records of the municipality. The Clerk also serves as Secretary to the Township Council and maintains copies of all ordinances, resolutions and minutes.
Township Clerk Lynnette Iannarone
Lynnette Iannarone serves as the Township Clerk and Registrar of Vital Statistics for the Township of Brick. She holds certifications from the State of New Jersey as a Registered Municipal Clerk (RMC) and a Certified Municipal Registrar (CMR). Mrs. Iannarone has been employed by the Township of Brick since 1996. She was appointed Assistant Municipal Clerk in 2004 and was appointed by the Township Council as Township Clerk on June 29, 2010.
Lynnette is a life-long resident of Brick Township, having only lived in North Carolina while her husband was on active duty with the United States Marines. She received her Associates Degree from Coastal Carolina Community College. She and her husband are proud to raise their three sons in Brick Township.
